Do I need to create an account?
No account needed. You can create a memorial, light a candle, or leave a condolence without signing up. We only ask for your email on the memorial form so we can send you a link to your memorial and optional anniversary reminders — never spam.
Who can see my pet’s memorial?
Memorials are public pages with their own permanent link, so friends and family you share the link with can visit, light a candle, and leave a message. This is what makes a memorial a shared, living tribute. If you’d prefer your memorial not to be listed on our public “wall,” just let us know at contact@puppyvscat.com.
How long does it stay online?
Forever. A Rainbow Bridge memorial is meant to be permanent — a place you and your loved ones can return to for years to come.
When will my memorial go live?
Every memorial is published after a quick, gentle review — usually within 24 hours. This simple step keeps the space kind and respectful for everyone who visits.
Can I edit or remove my memorial later?
Yes. If you’d like to update your pet’s story, add photos, correct a detail, or remove the memorial entirely, email us at contact@puppyvscat.com from the address you used, and we’ll take care of it.
What happens to my data?
We keep it simple and respectful. We use your email only to send you your memorial link and the notifications you opted into. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
